My name is Jonathan and I’m a Level 7 (MSc) qualified person-centred psychotherapist and certified life coach. I specialise in working with adults (18+), offering a safe, compassionate, and professional space for self-exploration, personal development, and lasting change.
My work offers two distinct but complementary paths: person-centred counselling and life coaching. Counselling provides a supportive, non-judgmental space to explore emotional struggles, heal from past experiences, and rebuild your self-esteem. Coaching, by contrast, is a forward-focused process that helps you clarify your direction, grow in confidence, and take meaningful action toward your goals.
