Hello and a warm welcome to you.
My name is Jonathan, and I’m a Level 7 (MSc) qualified person-centred psychotherapist. I work with adults (18+) and provide a safe, supportive, and compassionate space where you can reflect, heal, and grow.
Life can sometimes feel overwhelming. You may be struggling with anxiety, low mood, stress, or perhaps a general sense of feeling stuck or lost. Therapy gives you the chance to pause, make sense of what’s going on, and rebuild confidence in yourself. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you explore your experiences, uncover your strengths, and move towards a more fulfilling life.
Therapy That Centres You
At the heart of my approach is the belief that you are the expert on your own life. Therapy isn’t about advice or quick fixes, it’s about having a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace.
Together, we can work through challenges, past experiences, and emotional struggles in a way that feels empowering and supportive.
Starting Therapy
Reaching out can feel daunting, but it’s also an important and courageous first step. Whether you want to ease anxiety, work through low mood, or simply understand yourself better, therapy provides time and space to reflect, gain clarity, and move forward with greater confidence.
What to Expect
In our sessions, you’ll find a calm, welcoming environment where you can bring whatever is on your mind. Whether you’re navigating difficult emotions, rebuilding your sense of self, or processing past experiences, we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you, always with empathy, respect, and care.
Feeling Unsure?
It’s completely natural to feel uncertain about starting therapy. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin. Therapy can help you untangle what’s going on, see things more clearly, and discover new ways of coping and moving forward.

Having experienced the power of therapy myself, I know how meaningful it is to have someone in your corner: someone who listens without judgment, supports you through challenges, and helps you reconnect with yourself.
